Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, or using EasyCine source code (“Software”), you (“Buyer”, “Customer”, “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our Software.

• “EasyCine”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to the software developers and sellers.
• “Software” includes Android app source code, admin panel, and all related files.
• “License” refers to the right to use the Software under these terms.
• “End User” refers to users of your compiled application.

Your purchase includes the following software components:

• Android application source code (Java)
• React admin panel source code
• Laravel backend source code
• Technical documentation and setup guides

Please note that the following are not included:

• Movies, TV shows, or any media content
• Streaming links or content sources
• Hosting or server setup services
• App store publishing services

Single Commercial License: Each purchase grants you the right to create and distribute one commercial application. Multiple apps require separate licenses.

You are permitted to:

• Modify, customize, and rebrand the Software
• Compile and distribute the resulting application
• Monetize your application through advertising or subscriptions
• Publish on Google Play Store and other app stores

Please note these restrictions:

• The source code cannot be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed
• Reverse engineering for competitive purposes is not permitted
• Source code access should not be shared with third parties

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital source code, refunds cannot be provided once the Software has been delivered.

Please consider the following before purchasing:

• Ensure you have the necessary technical skills for development
• Verify compatibility with your development environment
• Test the demo version thoroughly to confirm functionality
• Consider your business requirements and plans
• Review potential third-party service dependencies
• Understand app store policies and requirements
• Check legal and licensing requirements in your jurisdiction

Demo Testing: A demo version is available for evaluation. We recommend testing it thoroughly to ensure the Software meets your needs before purchasing.

Recommended Technical Knowledge:

• Familiarity with Android Studio IDE and Android development
• Basic understanding of Java programming language
• Experience with web server setup and management
• Knowledge of React.js and Laravel frameworks
• Understanding of API integration and configuration

System Requirements:

• Android Studio 4.2 or higher
• Java Development Kit (JDK) 8 or higher
• Node.js 14+ and npm/yarn package manager
• PHP 7.4+ with required extensions
• MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB equivalent
• Web server with SSL certificate capability

Your Responsibilities:

• Setting up your development environment and dependencies
• Configuring APIs and third-party services
• Managing hosting setup and server administration
• Sourcing content and ensuring legal compliance
• Handling app store submission and policy compliance
• Maintaining and updating your application

Content Responsibility: We provide the software application and admin panel only. We do not provide, endorse, or take responsibility for any content you add to your application.

Legal Compliance Guidelines:

• Ensure all content complies with copyright laws
• Obtain proper licenses for any copyrighted material
• Follow local and international broadcasting regulations
• Comply with app store guidelines and policies
• Implement required privacy policies and data protection measures
• Handle user data according to applicable laws

Content Guidelines: The Software should not be used for distributing illegal, copyrighted, harmful, or inappropriate content.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you agree to comply with their terms of service and policies.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. The price paid at purchase is final.

Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as available through our payment processors.

Digital Delivery: Software will be delivered electronically via download link within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

Access Period: Download links remain active for 30 days after purchase. Please ensure you download and backup all files within this period.

Delivery Confirmation: Email receipt and download instructions constitute proof of delivery.

Support Services:

• Technical support via email and Telegram (12 hours daily, 6 days weekly)
• Installation and setup guidance
• Basic customization assistance
• Bug fixes and compatibility updates

Support Guidelines:

• Support response time: 24–48 hours during business hours
• Email and Telegram support only (no phone support)
• Custom development requests require separate quotation
• Third-party service issues are outside our support scope

Updates: Minor updates and bug fixes are provided at no additional cost. Major version upgrades may require additional payment.

Chargeback Policy: Chargeback attempts will be contested with evidence including:

• Proof of software delivery and download confirmation
• Communication records and support provided
• Terms of service acceptance and purchase confirmation
• Product description and demo availability evidence

Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to:

• Report fraudulent chargebacks to payment processors and authorities
• Restrict access for customers who engage in fraudulent activities
• Pursue legal action for losses due to fraudulent chargebacks
• Share fraud information with other merchants and databases

Software Provision:The Software is provided “as is” without warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all systems or configurations
• Meeting your specific business requirements

Liability Limits: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software. We are not liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Third-party claims or legal issues
• App store rejections or policy violations
• Server downtime or hosting-related issues
• Changes in third-party APIs or services

Our Rights: We retain intellectual property rights in the original Software, including:

• Source code architecture and design patterns
• Proprietary algorithms and methodologies
• Documentation and instructional materials
• Trademarks, logos, and branding elements

Your Rights: Upon purchase, you receive a license to use and modify the Software for your commercial application, but do not gain ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Enforcement: Unauthorized distribution or violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action and monetary damages.

Disclaimer: We make no warranties regarding:

• The Software meeting your specific requirements
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Correction of all defects
• Compatibility with future Android versions
• Continued availability of third-party services
• Compliance with all app store policies
• Revenue generation or business success

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Software
• Content you add to your application
• Violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Breach of these Terms of Service
• App store policy violations
• User data handling or privacy violations

Termination Conditions: We may terminate your license if you:

• Violate any terms of this agreement
• Engage in unauthorized distribution of source code
• Use the Software for illegal purposes
• Initiate fraudulent chargebacks

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for intellectual property violations which may be pursued in court.

Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings must be conducted in the appropriate jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Major changes will be communicated via email to registered customers when possible.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
